i put a vr statesman body loom into my vr wagon now it wont start

well as stated in title i swap a vr statesman loom in to my wagon so i could put climate control level 3 cluster power windows inside lights ect i got it all in no poblem but now the car wont start ive checked everything 3 times from the statesman computer bcm and tds and it still reads error 31 can anyone help me out with info its the first time ive had anything to do with tds ect

Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on?
code 31 is theft deterrent signal i think, have you used the key head from the statesman aswell?? you need the ECU BCM and key head from the stato

there no fuel pump action at all ive used the bcm ecu and tds out of the stato with the stato key head but with my key bit

as above you need the matched key head to run with the tdm (theft deterrent module) and bcm the tdm is the immobilizer in the upper models but still communicates with the bcm

you may have to make sure the body loom has the same pin outs as the lower spec loom some may be in diffrent spots

dont know as i sold the secruity light switch thing befor i made up my mind to put all the stato stuff in the wagon can i just ring one up

Yes but you need the keyhead that is matched to the new BCM

oh yes i swaped heads although ill need a new one soon cos its doing mine in lol

does the engine turn over?? if it does then the problem wont be the keyhead, the security cuts the power that turns the starter over

yes the engine dose turn theres just no fuel pump action and when it come up error 31 i just went arrr **** it i hate wireing ect

the key can remote can lock and unlock.
the statesman the stuff come from was running 3 days ago thats whats got me ive been over ever plug fuse and relay again and still no fuel every thing else works lights/blinkers/level 3 cluster/warning lights/windscreen wipers/door locks and brake lights thats all the acc i have pluged in atm as i still havent hooked up the climate control and radio to test them yet could that be a problem??

if the engine turns over i would say the problem lays somewhere else.. disconnect the battery for a few mins then try starting it again if it doesnt fire then try reading the error codes again see if code 31 comes back again.
Are your rear lights working?? pretty sure the fuel pump power wire runs down the same loom/plug as the rear lights (drivers side footwell) maybe just double check you have got every plug back in and there isnt one hiding
