I personally wouldnt try fitting them, unless you take the vs setas and vt seats to get all the rails and shit re matched up by an engineer, cuase if you start hacking and doing it yourself at the end of the day its your life that will be on the line

Yes they will fit, all you have to do is take the runners off the VS seats and fit them to the VT seats and they will bolt right in

is this my one you're asking about? the fronts are on the rails, the rears i'm not sure how the bottom part is held down but on the back part there's some cable thing which you can place of wood very tightly down then that piece of wood got drilled in to. doesn't seem that great but looks professional when you're in the cabin, do you need some photos? i'll try find the camera

If your seats are held in with wood screws, do you think they will be able to absorb the impact force of a car accident? Perhaps you could rectify this using the info in post #4.

The fitting of non standard seats (as in VT to VS) is a modification and would require approval from a certified engineer (here in Australia) to maintain the original safety specs of the original. As described in post #3.
