replacing mannifold gasket

i am replacing the mannifold gasket in my vr.just wondering if there is anything else i need to buy in order to do this.

not sure if it written in the aftermarket books but a dob of gasket goo ie blue max or copper max should do the trick, its for the 4 corners between the blue (or what ever colour) front and rear gaskets to the side ones to cover in the gap to make a tight seal. other than that some carby cleaner or equilivant to clean things and some razor blades for cleaning the old gaskets

also un do the big nut in the front of the inlet manifols and clean out the pcv valve, the motor will thank you for it, somehow
