Default How to fit V8 throttle body

OK so picked up a V8 throttle body for 50 bucks for a laugh. Now doing a search has resulted in no information besides the fact I should do it for extra response. Now some websites say it's bolt on others say it's not. So can any one help shed any more light on how hard or how easy it is to install? It's going on a VR V6.

2 plugs 2 nuts 2 vacuum lines and a air pipe is all there is to it, should take you about 15 mins to swap over.
and a throttle cable (plus cruise if you have it)

No cruise. All the guy will be doing is unbolting it from the manifold and sending the whole TB assembly to me. So the IAC and everything will come with it. Are they interchangeable?

will add only a quicker throttle response possibly, basically same amount of throttle will deliver more air. ECU should compensate for that and make it run right. But overall no more power, just more power, just more of it early up and less later on.
