I got a mate of mine's vr commodore stuck in my back yard with a tranny issue

its got no forward gears but reverse works like normal. just wondering if anyone has any dignostic pics of the trans, the big wright up i did a while back dosnt have anything that sounds like this issue

fluid is fine, level wise colour is bad but i have seen worse, im not that intrested in doing a tranny swap. hoping its a shift solionid or something simple? no trans codes.

Here is a link to a good tear-down....I'll see what I've got for line drawings which are better for figuring out a problem.
