No blinkers? No Parker Lights??

Hey guys.

Anyone know what the problem is?

ive got no blinkers, no parker lights, no windscreen wipes.

ive checked the fuses and repalced the flasher.

First thing I'd look at is whether the car has been 'played' with lately - has and work been done under the dash etc? Do the hazard lites and headlites work?

check the fusable links located under the relay holder in the engine bay, also check the low beam relay in the engine bay.

Looking at a wiring diagram for the VS, the fuse that feeds the wipers and blinkers and hazard lights is fuse number 14 under the dash.It also goes to the BCM(Body Control Module).So check this fuse if you have not already done so.The wire that feeds this fuse also feeds the fuses for the audio system(fuse number 13) and the cigarette lighter(fuse number 15).If the lighter and radio work,then the problem is likely to be fuse 14, or the wiring that runs from this fuse to the wipers and blinkers etc.It also looks like the blinkers and park lamp relay all connect to the BCM as well, so maybe there is a fuse to the BCM that is blown or has a bad connection.As well as fuse 14,fuse number 2,number 7,number 8, and number 10, all feed the BCM power.So check them out as well.
