    Post vs v6 query

    hey hi all im new here and have couple questions and hope you ozziez can help a kiwi guy out first how many kilowatts does a vs ecotec standar have second your guys thoghts on my mods combo which is stage 4 chip from trx100 2.5 big bore pacemaker headers 70mm polished throttle body 25mm plenum spacer cold aid box modified and a pod filter how will tis all work together and what kind of kilowatts would i get cheers hope someone can help

    standard is 147kw the intake and chip makes it feel more snappy it helps the engine breath but doesnt really add any kw as such it will help later on if you do more mods, the exhaust would add 10kw tops if its a full exhaust rather than just headers.

    get some roller rockers would add another 15kw depending on ratio

    I run a Custom tune from TRX. They are good. Better than a foamy.

    I once brought a Stage 3 ECU chip from that trx100 guy. It did in-fact make quite a difference to the old 3L RB30 motor. I'd definately consider buying one of the stage 4 chips that he has to offer sometime in the near future!

    hey thanks guys but did notice nothing regarding the plenum spacer and yes will be looking at roller rockers as soon as i can afford just paying off my vx clubby style spoiler kit first

    many people use injectors from a 3.5 liter Magna, MSD coils so on and so forth for little gains

    change your diff gears if you want better of the line start, depends if you do alot of highway driving as it can change the revs while cruising.
