Code 83 - TCC PWM Solenoid Fault - Auto Transmission Only

Hi guys,
I got my transmission serviced a few days ago (i couldnt be bothered doing it myself) now i'm gears feel like they slip up and down, and i'm getting code 83. I did a search and found it's probably needing a new solenoid, but is it odd it happened straight after fresh oil?

take it back to the trans shop, they may of damaged or knocked one of the wires off in the box when they had the pan off. The plastic clips that hold the loom on become very brittle and easily snap.

Shortly after i asked this i noticed i had my "PWR" on instead of ECON as usual, after flicking it back to econ it hasn't done it since? Is this odd that it does it in PWR? a sign of possibly solenoid impending death?
