how much to get a new torque convertor put in VS commodore 96 ?
Been reading a bit and it seems like its pretty comoon, just wondering how much it will cost me as i cant do it myself
whats wrong with your converter?
just asking as im thinking theres something wrong with mine too

It's usually the transmission that fails, not the converter although this is usually replaced at the same time because when a trans fails it will fill the TC with metal crap from the failure. Failure of the TC to lockup may also be due to a trans fault or the TC clutch solenoid.
