94 VR Commodore having issues!

hey guys, new to the forums here but im in need of help.

i only just got my vr back on the road last month, and its been running fine, gave it a service, new oil, plugs filter etc.

the other day i noticed a shuddering when i accelerate, and after a while it got more continuos. i changed the fuel filter, it eased it a little bit. but then it started up again, but not as bad. i dont know what it could be, my injectors seem to be working, could it be leads? or could it be something horribly wrong, and yes my leads are connected properly.

any help?

Is it only a shuddering? is it misfiring at all?
