Default VR ute error codes 12,13,21,22 :(

Help needed, I have checked the error codes and 12, 13, 21, 22 are coming up.
After having a read up, it seems to be the oxygen sensor might be bung?
However, would this have anything to do with the memcal being re-tuned?
The ute used to be auto and now is 5 sp manual, with a slightly worked motor ( big cam etc).
The engine light comes on when the motor is warmed up, but it seems to run ok, idle is a little rough but probably due to the cam.
Or is it just that the sensor is buggered and needs replacing?
Oh yeah, its still got the auto computer in it.
    Any help much appreciated.
    Cheers.

13 is right hand bank no oxygen sensor signal and 21/22 are for Throttle Position Sensor high and low signal voltage errors. Check that you haven't damaged the wiring to these sensors. The computer is the same whether it's auto or manual. Only the memcals are different.

The TPS can be very tempramental. If someone has removed it at some stage during your engine work it could be stuffed. I had one fail on my VS, it made the car real jerky on accelleration and sometimes feel like it was going to cut out totally. Not difficult to replace but don't touch it after that.

Sometimes it feels like its going to stall when pulling up to lights etc, will check the TPS out later, thanks for the help.
