I was wondering if anyone's got some ideas on putting the bolt back on tight,as i don't have a ratlle gun any diagrams or pics will be apprecated. Thanks

If you want to do it the dodgy way just get an extension bar and a socket. Rest against the chassis rail and kick it over a few times just quick don't start it. Just make sure you get it the right side. I will not be held accountable if you smash something or hurt yourself.
Thanks for that, how can i put the bolt on tight? is there any trick i can use since i don't have a rattle gun?
Just use the longest extension bar you've got. I'd also add some locktite to help it stay on.

thanks guys for that now the bolt is on,but another issue has come up, when reved up to 3000 it starts to cough/puff abit,is it because it might still need to be tighten some more ,anything under 3000 rpm she's ok.
Why do you do it in the first place? Was it to replace the crank angle sensor? Did you replace it with a new or second hand one?
