rattle in dash on passenger side of vs

hello. new to web site i hope someone can help me.i have a vs commodore which has developed a rattle in the dash on the passenger side which is very annoying ,does anyone know what it is and how to fix it.thanks.

mine seems to rattle from around the air vents on the dash,like the clips aren't connecting properly

I'd say take out the loose items in your glove box, and avoid bumpy roads

nah seriously open your glove box, take a good look at the bottom right area in the glove box, there will be a plastic pin that's about 9 - 10mm thick, chances are this has rattled out a little causing your glove box to rattle around, alternatively take the pin out, grease it up a little with silcon or something and reinsert this will stop any creaks from that specific area... if it's still doing it afterwards I would suggest have someone sit in the car with you whilst you drive it along and try and pin poiint where the sound is comming from, then tend to it as you would normally good luck

I have a rattle coming from the same area, but it is coming from the strut.

thanks for your comments people.feel like a real tool, but think it may be the antenna rattling as im driving along ,its vibrating and sounds like its actually inside or around the glove box.i'llreplace the antenna and let you know.thnx.
