    Default Debadged Holes

    Hey guys,
Just debadging my VS ute and came across the holes in the bonnet I was expecting. I was wondering the best possible ways to fill them hopefully with out a respray of the bonnet?
Or is a sand back, bog and a respray what its gonna come down to?

    Thanks for your help.

Sounds like you already know the answer. May be cheaper to just source a new bonnet?

Given they are so small i would attempt to tape under the back of the holes and bog the holes up. Then use somthing thick like eclectrial tape and drill a small hole in it, then put it over the boged hole on the outside(with the bog showing through the hole in the tape). Then just use a real small peice of sand paper and do a very precise job of sanding each little hole back, the electrical tap should provide a good buffer so you dont scratch the surrounding paint areas. Just use some touch up paint(like those pens you get or the little bottles with the tiny brush) to cover the bog.
Its gonna be far from proffesional and perfect, but its gonna make it a hell of alot less noticable and will last as long as you need, and at worst can be re-done with minimal effort. Will cost you less than $20 if you can get your hands on a tiny amount of bog 4 free. May even be cheaper to find a suitable bog product at bunnings if you gotta buy it.

What I have done to fill small holes is buy a tin of liquid metal I think it is, from supercheap or autobarn or something. And just use the same as bog, it is very thick and has fibreglass strands in it so it will fill in holes easily. Do that twice, then just file down, sand and paint.

I did that with a few holes about 1cm diameter over 6 months ago, and they are still holding rock solid, in fact it was like filing back metal so don't use too much.
