Door seal VS Commodore 96

i have a vs commodore and when im driving i can hear outside more than normal and it givin me the shits does any 1 know how to replace the seal?

First check all windows are fully up - kids/adults sometimes only wind windows up till they close the gap but they need to go till they won't go no further. Re seal, there is a strip seal that usually breaks off and falls inside the door - it goes between the inner door sill and the glass. Some keen people retrieve it and somehow glue it back.

Had a look and its all fine so im not sure what it is it might be at the actual door seal and the rear of the drivers door all i know is i can still hear outside while driving but no water is getting inside
