Having trouble with driver window,please help

My driver window in my VS was dropping,i connected the plastic peice back to the arm at the bottom of the window but when i wind the window up its like its slipping out of a side track. Ive had a look but cant see where the problem is,if anyone has had this trouble id appreciate the help,thakyou

are you talking about the handle coming off or a problem with the window, the handle will have a clip to hold it on.
