removing side strips

hi all, im about to remove my side strips on my vs ute. whats the best tools for the job and the best way to go about it without any damage.

i just did mine on my vs wagon, it took ages....
a carmel wheel that i baught off ebay worked well, it goes on ur drill( search pin strip remover on ebay, u should find it) also get some grease and wax remover from super cheap/auto barn and some soft rags. do a search on here it has a step by step way to do it, but take ur time and do it right mine took 5-7 hrs i think with help btw

Yeah I did mine as well using a carmel wheel.. took forever and one of my panels was off a VR and had different paint which burnt the second I touched it with the wheel.

But do a search mate there are a fair few threads going around regarding this, shouldn't be to hard to dig up some info.
