Scissor Doors for my VS commodore equipe

Hi all i was just thinking about putting scissor doors on my vs commodore has anyone done it how hard is it should i do it myself or need to be done by a profesional? and any one know where to buy them from im in perth. cheers

Personally i think the would look ace, i want to do it to my rear doors, but if you were to do it, i'd get it done professinally, and get an engineers cert. aswell

wouldntdo it mate unless ur car is goin to be a show car and fully worked up sprayjob etc, otherwise its going to look really out of place

get suicide doors for the rear if your going to do that..

i saw them do it in pimp my ride.. how the door opens on an angle.

cant remember which episode it was but was pretty crazy.

You can buy a kit for it off ebay, but they are expensive and while they comply with DOT standards, Im not sure they will comply with Aus standards.

is it a sedan or wagon. if it is either one i wouldn't recommend it because it would look ridiculous. If it was a manaro yeah i would do it. Try lookin at suicide doors instead like the ones they have on the Lincoln continentals
