need help with my vr with 5speed

just took auto out of vr comie ser2 and put 5speed out of 91 vn s i havnt change comp's but now motor light on in dash but when i plug the auto box back in 2 car all good wat wires do i join 2 make motor light go off

you need to get the auto fault codes turned off in the ecu, buy a manual conversion memcal off ebay or contact one of the resident tuners on here and they should be able to sort you out.

The ecu will be looking for the signals from the auto box which has been removed, so you need to get either a manual ecu and engine loom, or get your memcal tuned/moddified
manual ecu and loom is the best option, as a modded auto one can cause stalling
