    Default VR temperature guage

i've been searching the forum but can't find any info on where the temperature guage should be.
I recently bought a VR, it has the digital dash and the temperature guage just goes above the C mark.
Can anyone tell me where exactly it's supposed to be normally? Or is this normal? Or do i have thermostat problems, anything.

The gauge sender can be faulty and only cost a few $$ - may be worth changing that first.

On the VN's I have it's at the back of the manifold with a single wire to it. VR - not sure.

It sits at the top of the coolant level for the car so have a hunt around.

Behind the alternator, one with the slide on connector the one beside that is ECT. Or you could have a faulty thermostat. For twenty bucks all up change sensor $10 from Holden and another $10 for thermo this should fix your problems.
