    Default vr v6 twin turbo, i know you have all heard it before, but i wanna try it

    hey doing the v6 twin turbo mod to my vr s2

    currently done to it
    rebuilt engine 5,000km ago
    t5 and exedy clutch installed
    headers and 2 1/2 exhaust, high flow
    twin throttle bodys

    got a spare block on the floor for building on
    running 1 turbo off each bank, and running the intakes off the turbos to each of the throttle bodys
    Turbo's = 2 T-28 garretts
    i want to run bush bearing not ball bearing as i will only be reving to 5,000 rpm to save the motor and ive heard bush will be fine and cheaper? as im trying to go cheap as possible
    ive got a pair of standard headers on the spare block back to front so they are facing the front of the motor, with the flanges on it and cut and ready for some buttweld fittings, im going to go and buy some on tuesday and start tac welding away and make up the exhaust, then in about 2 weeks will be getting the 2 turbo's, as i said im trying to do this as cheap as possible and am not made out of money, but feel free to ask questions and help in any way possible

    I would suggest, though, getting some steel VN manifolds to cut up and weld up some turbo manifolds. Better than just making adaptors for factory manifolds.

    Ball bearing turbo's are a lot better to use. Ability to spool faster etc. Plus in today's world of decent eBay turbo's why wouldn't you.

    ahh just going off what a local turbo wizz told me, yea intercooler, but wanna run a double pumping intercooler, so i can have each turbo for a throttle body

    thinkin bout droppin a 5 litre in it first then doing the mods to that as its a stronger motor than the v6 and will handle alot more and will get a lot more out of it
