Seat repairs

Hi , the front pass seat on my vr seams to be outa shape , leans over to the middle with weight on it , is this common ? , and are the seats repairable , ta.......

just had a good look at seat , on the inner side at the bottom ( near tunnel ) , there are 2 bolts holding the bottom part of seat to the back rest , 1 bolt , the furtherest out is missing , top part has a bit of movement threre and seems to be swivelling on remaining bolt.
