vr clutch adjustment

just wanting to know how to adjust the clutch in my vr commodore
i recently got a new clutch installed about 1500 k's ago and now need to re adjust my clutch but i dont know how to do this and dont want to pay the shop to do this i was told to get it re adjusteds when it starts to feel abit crap and nw its starting to feel abit crap and the peddle is sitting abit lower then the brake peddle
also its a little harder to get gears its not a smooth feeling

did the place you got the clutch installed say they would charge you to adjust it
most decent places will do it for free if you have had the install done there
it wont take them long to do at all

worked it out not long after i posted this i went and worked it out i knew where the adjustment was just didnt know how to adjust it so i fiddled with it and clutch feels and is working perfectly now..
