Reverse lights stopped working after car was off the road for 2.5 months,how do i fix

Im not sure if a plug has come out or my reverse switch has packed it in. Any guess on what it could be?

was it working ok before you took it off the road

did you do any work to the car or it just sat for that time

it seems strange that it happened all of a sudden after being stored

might sound funny but i have seen it happen where mice chew through wires in vehicles after they have been sitting for some time

Yep,was working before it taken off the road

No major work,did do some nosing around but nothing was disconnected

I thought maybe the switch died from not doing anything,maybe it ceased?

Found no evidence of mice,no shit,smell of piss etc

Check the fuse first man, then lamps, then switch, then wiring.

But fuse first, because its the easiest
