Error codes 21-22

Can someone please tell me if codes 21 and 22 are both the TPS codes?
My ute is bringing up 21 and 22 and will have to change the throttle position sencor
but just wondering if they are both the same thing

Code 21 - Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) - Voltage Too High

Code 22 - Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) - Voltage Too Low

So, if I replace the TPS sensor, will that fix it or is it something else causing the problem?

either the sensor or faulty wiring to the sensor i would think, start by replacing the sensor, the V6 and V8 TPS are the same part
