Default trans takes time changing when cold

Hi all, I will get right to it. I have A vs auto and when it is cold it does not change gear very smoothly. It revs high and feels like you have no power. Do i just need a service or is there something else it may be?
How much should a srevice be on the trans?

    thanks.

yea it could just need a service, its not very expensive or hard to do yourself, just check the levels n go from there.
i had my trans cleanned out n serviced not too long ago n it was $150.
a good trans guy will be able to tell you what the deal is..

Always start with this, level must be correct (not too low or too high) with the trans warmed up and engine running

No TVS cable on the VS (electric). I'd check the fluid level when hot and it the fluid is dirty get a service. If the trans is on it's way out it may cost a bit so be prepared if you take it in for a service.

if servicing doesnt fix it then throw in some additive called 'lucas transmission fix'. before this stuff i was never a believer in additives but this stuff is awesome ay trust me, better yet its only around the $20 mark from super cheap. worked a treat when my tranny was slipping and misbehaving lol. just my 2 cents....... good luck with it all mate
