Default vr comm feels like its misfiring after service

serviced our vr comm, spark plugs, oil filter, fuel filter, oil, air filter. after that we took it for a drive. on acceleration the burps and farts like it is misfiring. we checked the leads and one broke. we have replaced the leads but still have the same problem. does anyone know what it could be?

I did this, even after telling myself theres no way I could, and i even printed out the diagram, I still put them on in the wrong order... she ran like a tractor. CHUG CHUG CHUG...

took me 15 minutes to get it right, and bloody hell there is no room back there at all on a 5.0L.

get it right the first time, only replace ONE lead at a time, dont pull them all off at once and you cant go wrong.
