Converting VS 5L Auto to Manual

If I find a manual gearbox going for a cheap price I am looking at converting my ute to a manual. What's needed to do a VS 5Litre apart from Clutch pedal assembley, clutch, flex plate etc?

I am not sure about the wiring, but the memcal wouldn't be compatible.
