Default vr v8 on lpg seems to be loosing power under heavy acceleration???

hey everyone my car is loosing power under acceleration its perfectly fine cruising around but as soon as i put my foot down if sort of feels like its running out of gas (if anyone knows what that feels like, its not like petrol running out for those of you who dont know) it still revs but doesnt really gain speed when i have it to the floor

also i had the plugs, leads, rotor button, rotor cap, and gas mixer replaced a week ago and yea it was doing it before i got all that stuff replaced and yes i have checked error codes and got 45 - exhaust rich indication? i have no idea what that means and also the engine light has only come on once

anyone had this problem before? its really starting to annoy me

have you checked your throttle body is it dirty or the sensers in it and it could also be o2 senser

yeah mate o2 sensor is for unleaded fuel only to my understanding. i reckon the tps sensor attached to the bottom of the throttle body is the culprit..... you can get them for like 10 bucks at a wreckers if you go pull it off yourself at a self serve wrecking yard. of course i could be totally off but yeah thats what i'd be betting on...... good luck with it mate

i just remembered reading on a previous thread a few weeks ago about lpg engines getting errors 44 and 45 (oxygen sensor faults). apparently its pretty normal to get the o2 sensor error codes on the lpg conversions if they arent converted correctly or something like that ??? have a search in google or JC search bar and you might be able to find more about it....
