    Default having problems starting car vr

    hi all
    having problems with starting the car ive replaced the starter motor
    the problems is still happening sometimes its starts sometimes it wont when it dosnt i dont even get a click all i get its the reds on the dash its a vr commodore

    it could be many many things, but one thing that comes to mind is the relays in the engine bay can become dirty, so maybe try taking the relays out and cleaning them (or swap over a working relay like the one from your horn or something), and make sure the wires are pretruding upward enough so when you put the relay back in it definately gets a good connection. good luck with it. actually second thought if your getting errors up on your dash then you can probably do an error check and it may tell you whats wrong.......

    Check for codes bridge pins 5&6
    It could be the key/BCM. Not talking properly.
    If it is auto could be inhibitor switch. Play with the gears up and down.
