Default VS climate control, still on when car off :S:S:S!! HELP!

hi all took a quick look on the site and haven't seen anybody post something like this.
Came home, couple hours ago, had the heater going, turned off car and noticed I could still hear the fan :S.. felt at the legs warm air coming out, so I turned on car and turned off again took keys out n still same problem. It blows out slow (as if it's on a low fan setting) Turned back on played with buttons but then it stuffed up n just keep blowing at the windshield and wouldn't change to face or feet, turned off and on trying to get it to stop blowing when car off and it finally stopped blowing air.
Do I need to change the climate control thing, get one from another vs, or is it something else the problem?? anybody experienced or heard about this weird problem?? worried now next time i turn on car, and turn it off the fan will stay on and drain, or something will go wrong ! lol

Yea sounds like a bit of a problem there maybe a vacuum issue or maybe it is the climate control module im having problems with my heater to mate passenger side is warm-hot and drivers side is cold-warm wtf lol it just doesnnt want to warm up haha I think it might be the heater core or the module itself I might throw a new one in just to test it out let me know if you work yours out...

It could be that the fan ( blower) relay is stuck on.
