also it isnt the gearbox as i has just been serviced about a week ago and it started before that, the vibration is is low rev's aswell so when your sitting at an intersection waiting it feels like it might stall. and yes it is auto.

Could be worn out engine mounts
harmonic balancer, the centre bearing in your tailshaft

do you notice it more under acceleration or decceleration
is it more noticable during braking

As it's happening at idle as well, I'd check or replace leads and plugs unless they are less than 2 years old. Also clean your throttle body and IAC (idle air control) valve as this controls your idle speed (they can sludge up). There is a 'how-to' in that section. Also closely inspect the coil packs to see if you can see any evidence of electrical tracking....actually what might be best is to wait till dark and then observe the engine idling and look for blue or white high voltage sparks around plugs/leads/coils.
    Good Luck.

thanks guys, ive cleaned the mass air sensor, throttle body ( which i think made a difference) changed spark plugs and leads. its not too bad now, just see how good it is after a service which is very soon.
