VS Calais lvl 3 Dash resetting

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone can tell me how to put a level 3 dash back to how it should be.
Currently when I use the trip meter the fuel used is about 10lt less than what is shown.
The car has a BT1 PCM & it was formerly a S/Charged V6. It is Now a 5lt.
This is the way I bought the car.

The car runs Great, I'd just like the reading on the dash to be accurate.

The factory settings are 625 distance and 625 fuel flow. You press and hold the reset button for 3 secs. then + or - to get it back to factory settings.

by holding the set button for the trip computer for 3sec, that will get me into the settings?
I'm not sure as you've got to hold it down for 2 seconds to reset a screen, (i.e Trip or overspeed alert).
And which screen does it need to be in to access it?
Do I need to hold the button as I turn on the ignition?

All 3 modes need to be set 1 at a time. Distance is on the ODO (RHS) screen, fuel flow is in the middle as is the fuel remaining.

While the ignision is on press and hold the reset button in al 3 modes and you will see which one is what. If you have a full tank fuel remaining should be set to you tank size or just under.
