What other cars can i source 3.7s from?

just wondering what other cars i can get some 3.7s out of that will fit in my vr solid axle.
any that would be at the wreckers?

Im not 100% sure if it will fit,but when i had my R31 skyline,we used to have a few different ratios from VL's,XE/XF Falcons,(2.77/2.73/3.45/3.70/3.90/4.11-all Borg Warner Diff's),dunno if VN-VR live live axle would be the same as a VL/XE/XF Brog Warner

pretty sure its the same centre from vl to vt series 1, and that R31 manuals had the 3.7 centre, auto was 3.9

didnt "insert name here, the red clubsport guy" have all that in the how-to on sourcing your own diff gears.

EDIT: wagon_wheel, thats him. Yeah its in the thread, but theres some question marks over exactly what different cars had the 3.7 in them, but gives you an idea what to look for. Seems all other ratios he has sorted though.

Im sure the VE has 3.7 or maybe it was the 3.9

VE crown wheel and pinion is different. R31 manuals came with 3.7s but good luck finding one. The autos came out with 3.9s. Your better off going 3.9s to be honest. Or you can sus out eBay I know there's a guy on there who sells all different ratios to suit.

The r31 Sillhouette Auto had 3.7's.
