VR wipers not working.

hi guys ive been making my car roadworthy and ive hit a bump in the process. my wipers are completely not working and there is power going to them but they dont work. And every time i replace the fuse it blows and me and my mate are stumped. anyone know what could be wrong? thanks heaps.

check all wiring for split wires... could be shorting it out

unplug the harness from the motor and see if it still blows, if it does then you will have to find where the wiring harness is shorting out. If the fuse is ok, then you need to look at the motor. Is it jammed?, is it burned out?, shorted to earth? wire pinched in there somwhere? May jst be easier to whack a working second hand one in somtimes.
