Default ABS light on after replacing hub

Hey guys I have a bit of a problem with my 95' VS exec (non IRS)... just replaced the front R/H hub today, everything went smooth. Although when I went to take her for a run I noticed my ABS light was on I have already tried pulling the abs plug out and in again to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? Could the new hub be faulty?

You did use an ABS hub?

There are two ABS hubs for VS.
One for IRS and one for live axle.
Tooth count is different on each.

+1 ^^ from memory it is a grey cap for IRS and a black one for non IRS
Also check that the cable is plugged in correctly, if you have a multi meter check that the cable is OK by unplugging it at the yellow rubber boot that is on the fender inside the engine bay
I had issues when I replaced mine and the place I purchased them from said that the cable can sometimes go open circuit - I ended up having a dud hub that sometimes worked ok

Cheers guys I did have the correct hub, but turns out it had a faulty sensor. Hooked the multimeter up and gave it a spin and nothing, yay for warranty
