Default How to mount Clubport Sideskirts and Wing

    hey guy

A mate of mine just got hold of a body kit for his BT1 VS, it is all sprayed up and ready to mount just wondering the best way to mount up the side skirts the skirts have the holes underneath and at the back which should be easy enough, but what is the best way to mount the top?

Also has anyone mounted the wing by them self, if so what is the best way to do it?

Any help would be appreciated as the bumpers are already fitted.

When i fitted the skirts on my wagon, i just used short(20mm) button head self drillers from the local hardware store in the top lip where it sits under the door rubbers. The screws sorta hid under the rubber of the door seals, though noticable if you go looking, they arnt at all if your not. A bit of matching touck up paint on the screw head is a good idea.

Im not sure of the proper way, but the ones i had on previous were setup to clip on, so i got no insight for myself there when i pulled them off. The self drillers have worked well however.

Thanks for the info I more then likely will do that, I thought about using that Sikaflex though thought if he removes them sometime down the track it may be tricky to remove.

Exactly my reason for not using it.
