never thought to check that but i will tomorrow anyway.... With a charged battery it cranks up pretty good, then i drive around for a while come back turn the car off then try to start it again and its sluggish to start it up again, like its been draining while the cars running ..... or as i said before if i let it sit over night with the terminals still connected, by the morning its dead

If All Electricals Are Fine (Lights Not On Etc..)... Take Your Alternator Off & Remove The Regulator On The Back... (Has Plug Attached)...
The Carbon Bushes Are Most Likely Worn & Not Contacting Properly... Make Sure You Remove The Negative Terminal, Before You Touch The Alternator... ZAP!!...

Bosch Regulator Is Only About $37 Inclusive Of GST...

Also check the B+ terminal at the back of the alternator as they burn out.

If there are not any lights left on etc and there is no charge light while driving I'd be checking the diodes in the alternator, one of the field diodes may be faulty.

And While You've Taken The Effort To Remove The Alternator To Check B+ Terminal... You Might As Well Check Your Regulator & Save You Any Hassle Down The Road Of Your Car Stalling & Can't Move It Very Far...
