Back Door Won't unlock and window won't go down

The back door wont unlock or even open inside with handle

also the window wont go down either

Not sure where to look

you'll need to take off the door card n look behind it...

It will more then likely be the Door Lock Actuator Solenoid in the door that won't let it unlock;both my rears went,you could manually lock them by pulling the Snipper Button up or down,i ended up pulling out the solenoid till i get a full kit.
To get the door open,you need to pull the lock button as hard as you can,and have someone on the outside to pull the outer door handle up to open the door at the same time,then Gin around and pull the door apart to get to the lock solenoid(had the same problem;my drivers rear door you couldn't open from inside or outside till i figured it out...)
Are your windows manual or electric??

Yeah I pulled the door trim off but everything still hook up the like on the window still lights up but wont go down but yes its electric

Does the door button light still come on, is that what you mean? Not the switches in the console. Since window and door lock doesnt work id say it could be an wiring harness by the sounds of it. Check the harness to see if all is well. It plugs in just behide the front seatbelts retractor.
