VR missing when cold

hey ppl

I have a 94 vr V6, just of late it has started missing when first started, it misses for about 30 seconds then clears up, when first started it runs rough as guts, and blows black smelly smoke,

the other day i started it, it ran rough as guts, i turned it of, and it wouldnt fire properly, spent 10minutes turning it over pumping the gas pedal and it would fire a bit then backfire in airbox.

i finally got it going with a heap of black smoke out the exhaust,

I have no idea

i have replaced plugs leads, oils and oil filter, spark plugs, cleaned throttle body, replaced fuel filter.

I was thinking about getting injectors cleaned

any thoughts would be great

check the fuel pressure reg isnt leaking fuel out the vacuam hose

Could also be caused by leaking fuel injectors.The fuel leaks from the injectors into the cylinder(s), and when first started it misses on the cylinder thats been saturated with fuel.Once the fuel has cleared from the cylinder,it will pick up and start to fire,It then runs rich for a minute because of all the excess fuel ,this causes the black smoke from the exhaust.
