vs just wont start

Hey all my mates vs v6 wont start we have changed the following fuel pump fuel filter injectors fuses and relays. we have got half a tank new battery and replaced the coil packs crank angle sensor plugs and leads what else can we do to start her?

Is there power to the car, so you turn the car on all lights and acc works? Is the starter kicking over, but theres no fuel or spark to keep it running?

yea mate she cranks wont start but with start ya basterd she just fires then wont start n trys to crank again

Ok, at my guess, were down to a fuel or spark problem. Since you said you replaced the items, are all plugs in properly? Have you ran a diagnostic to see what error codes its chucks at you?

If it fires up,but stalls again when you spray start ya bastard into the air intake,that shows there is spark there but no fuel.Id be looking at the fuel side of things.When the ignition key is turned to the on position,can you hear the fuel pump prime for 2 seconds ,then shut off ?

shes got fuel we cranked it with a fuel line off and fuel went all over lol and u can hear the pump. How do u put it in diagonostics mode?

Did you put the ignition leads back on correctly?

Listen to the injectors as the engine is turned over.Sit a screwdriver on the injector body and carefully put the handle up to your ear,you should be able to hear the injector fire.Is there a good spark?You can get an old or spare spark plug,open up the gap to about 2mm,earth the hex part of the plug to the engine or body,and connect each one of the sparkplug leads to the sparkplug and turn over the engine to check out how the spark is.It should have a strong blue/white spark.Not a weak yellow/red spark.

had a old VN vacationer years ago, V6 auto. 2 occassions it wouldn't start. 1st time stuffed harmonic ballancer & the 2nd time seperated the ring gear off the flexplate.. Even with that issue it still wound over because the ring gear would jam but wouldn't start. Guess it didn't like bouncing on the rev limiter for an extended period of time because that's when it let go.

Probably not helpfull at all lol but something else to look at.

I think yours cut off because theres a fuel cut off at i think its 5500rpm in park if i remember correctly.

You could also check the connection on the DFI module as my mates VS V6 has done the same thing a couple of times, wont start or stops while driving will fire on start ya bastard

Turned out to be a bad connection to the DFI module

Blockage in the fuel lines? Does the fuel run into the Fuel Lines or what?

EDIT: Just read you said that fuel poured everywhere.

Not an electrical issue...Most likely to do with the fuel side of things.

What do the Error Codes show?

After reading every new post. Would it have to be done to the rails and/or injectors being block? If fuel comes through the lines, then the last thing in needs to go through is the rails, then injectors, right?

Also.... What is start you bastard? Lol, sorry its gotta be asked, never heard of it before.
