hey guys whats the rough price of a windscreen these days for the Vs commodore... gonna make a few phone calls tomorrow anyways, just thought id see what others have paid???

I paid 220$ for one for my VR, And that included some rust cut out in the corner and re bogged and a new Rubber seal

Are they all prices for brand new glass or replacement screens??

O'briens did mine here (newcastle) for $350 with brand new glass, rubber seal and wiper blades.

mine was new glass and new seal. no wipers but there approx $15 for a set and is advised with a new screen

any smash repairs should be able to do it or window tinting places should be able to do it also

My price did not cover a brand new seal. I had one laying around i used, 2 hours after he install it i got out with the hose to double check it was water tight. It appeared it was.

YOU all got ripped off i got a brand new windscreen for my vx for $120 fitted an i live in the middle of no where closest town(Katharine) is 8 hour drive on dirt road or 12 hrs to darwin.
EDIT: gave the bloke a call to ask about price because i couldnt believe that i got mine so much cheaper than you guys an he had given me mates rates but only took $60 off. But $180 is still alot cheaper than what you guys are paying i find that very strange.

I just got quoted at $150-180 trade price from our windscreen guy at work. No idea what it usually costs. Seems to vary massively
