Default Will vt v6 rear shafts fit?

    G'day,
a mate of mine with an extremely low Vs clubby popped an left hand rear drive shaft due to its extreme operating angle. Will Vt rear shafts fit? i know vts are a little wider does this really matter? Ive fitted longer gdb "bugeye"shafts to older gc8 "classic" subarus here at work with no issue just wondering if i can get away with this on an commodore?
