Default Vr senator tacho bouncing and missing

Driving home from work today my car stalled twice and since then the tacho seems to jump around and it feels like there's a miss while driving. I changed the dizzy, leads and plugs not to long ago so hopefully that's not the issue. Has anyone had simular drama? Could it be a bad batch of fuel? I filled it up this morning so I'm kinda sus on that. Or maybe the fuel pump? I'm kinda stuck scratching my head. Anyone got an idea on what the problem might be?

Another bloke at work had this similar issue, turned out to be his coil playing up.

As mentioned above, big chance its the ignition module.A lot of people on here recently have posted about the ignition module failing on the 5.0 engines, and one of the symptoms before it failed completely was the tacho needle bouncing up and down, and the engine missing was another symptom.
