squeeling powersteering
just replaced my powersteering pump an its squeeling its guts out when i turn? any ideas got to get it fixed going 4 roadworthy 2morro
did you bleed the air out of it

You have the variable assistance power steering on the Calais? - if so they may use a different pump to normal Commodore, not sure but I know the rack is different. Also the reason/problem/fault you replaced the pump for may have caused damage to the rack and it's internals.(may have fed crap into rack).

Searching for the billion
whats it sound like ? belt squeal or internal. Check the pulley is lined up with the others, belts not on backwards etc, then rub some wax or soap on the belt and see if it goes away.
