Help with ehaust

On a VS Wagon v6 3.8 , how many exhaust gaskets is there from where it joins onto the cali verter to the back tail pipe as want to get the gaskets before i pull it apart.

There are two, a cone type gasket on the back of the cat, and a two bolt gasket between the front and rear mufflers.
