Default VR Auto - Make it stronger?

    Hey guys,

I know someone must know some things about this, as apparently this is a pretty weak transmission, i was wondering if any of you could give me some tips into making the auto stronger, im about to get a full re-co on my current box, as its stuffed, but to ensure its really strong, what steps / items should i buy / take

    Thanks for the help (Y)

How much is the reco going to set you back? Mine has seen better days so it'd need a bit of toughening up at the very least

Well, there's a few places i've had quotes at, mostly it seems ranging from $1400 - $1650 for a full reco. Sucks.

the price may suck but, rvo performance in dandy give you 2 years warranty, ill quote him " you can take the car out straight from the shop to calder raceway and hammer it i dont care, if it f*&ks up ill fix it "
i got a stage 3 from him im happy, i hope im not advertising but i think its important to get a good amount of time for warranty, especially if you go hard on your tranny
going supercharged with comp pacies and 3inch exhuast

I am no expert but maybe just find one out t the wreckers whack that in most if not all of them come with some form of warranty or guarantee. then buy the biggest ext trans cooler you can get. generally heat is a big problem for trannys. and also no tranny drops :P
