Engine rattle after replacing CAS

anyone have any idea on what the problem is
we have pulled off heads etc and cant find any problem there
need help urgent

you sure it's not the internal fins of the balancer brushing up against the cas?

How was the balancer removed?Was the proper 3 bolt harmonic balancer puller/remover used?Ive seen people use the 3 leg type pullers on these type of balancers, and destroy the harmonic balancer and the interuptor blades that fire the CAS.

yeah checked the fins on the balancer
and yes used the proper puller because of the fins
we put everything back together tonight and started the car and everything is fine
so dont know what the go was but seems good now

As long as shes right now mate,thats the main thing.Nothing worse that fixing something,and ending up with something not right or not working still.. Most of us have had it happen at some stage.
