hey guys just put this thread together cause me and my mates have decided to turn my 1994 vr s pack commodore into a project car and would love if anyone was willing to share ideas on what we can do to it nxt even upload photos of ur own vr or vs 's
At the moment it's been lowered, exhaust systems, sound system and an A3 racing pod filter
cheers guys, Jesse
theres no real set budget we lookin at spendin round about 20 000 to 30 000 on it over a period of tym ay
nah we all like the look of the vr s plus the body is awesome condition it jst all stock besides what i've already done to it
or it could be made exciting with the proper amount of boostsupercharge or turbocharge
dont waste all your money on engine internals, you could do 9 psi on a stock engine, but to be safe maybe a few things to lower compression etc...
and then more boost, with a gt35r40 turbo on 15 pounds, you can get close to 300rwkws from what ive seen on S.C.
n/a v6 will be very very expensive and a simple turbo or supercharger kit will kill it
going supercharged with comp pacies and 3inch exhuast
Pick a starting point and go from there,
Stage One= Mags-18x8.5, senator or HSV VT-VX brake upgrade
Stage Two= LSD diff, Gear box-shift kit or ditch the auto for a clutch.
Stage Three= Motor- Boar or stroke or turbo or Supercharge, Look for a good Motor build deal on what ever you want and do it once.
Stage Four= Body kit and paint or do the inside, Seats dash roof linning.
Set a price for each part you want to charge so you dont dig a hole when your half way!
Up to you but theres one way to look at it.
thnx waffen ss i think thats the way to go ay well stage one is done my mates sold me his vz sv6 wheels with brand new rubber for $200, jst putthem on today
If it was me and I really loved the car
More then likely would get rid of the 6 and do an LS1/2/3 Conversion along with the driveline
Wheels, Paint, Interior etc
yeahh i def wana get rid of the six, but i've still got 2 months left on greens so using this tym to save ofr an 8 thinking a 308 or sumthin along those lines
