Best way to remove oil from cooling system

Hi recentely replaced inlet maifold gasket as had oil in water (gasket was stuffed), ran a flush through for about 20 mins but it didnt clean the oil out, what is best to use to get oil out or should i send it off to the proper place for a flush, cheers Bob.

I've used simple dishwasher machine powder or front loader washing machine powder for this - about a tablespoon - and then flush with plenty of water including the heater. The commercial product are basically the same. Don't use hand dishwashing liquid as you'll spend weeks getting rid of the bubbles.
